Sweet Dream With Toshiba Aplio

I Am Sorry That I'm Leaving, Prof...

Just got a call from my boss....

I know you feel sad that I'm leaving

That is really not your fault

I am just mad with the system

I just can't agree with their birocracy and politics

I just can't stay looking at other people tearing up my chances

not recognize my skills

denying my career

Somewhere out there

Someone is looking through my eyes

Seeing what I see

Feeling what i feel

Agreeing with what I am doing

And eager to find out what  more I can do

If people see me with ordinary look

I am just an ordinary career mom

But inside my head,

deep inside my heart,

I know I'm different

Too many things I wanna do in here

Yet too little spaces and chances given

I just can't stay anymore longer

Or I'll be left behind

Prof,

I won't let you down

I'm leaving to dig as much knowledge and skills

I'll be back one day to help you

Or the nation

I won't  forget you

Hope you won't forget me as one of your sonographer

You help me a lot so far

I would never forget

I honor you as my noble boss!

Wish me luck all the way through my career life.

This is for you....

Renal Arteries

The renal arteries normally arise off the side of the abdominal aorta, immediately below the superior mesenteric artery, and supply the kidneys with blood. Each is directed across the crus of the diaphragm, so as to form nearly a right angle with the aorta.
The renal arteries carry a large portion of total blood flow to the kidneys. Up to a third of total cardiac output can pass through the renal arteries to be filtered by the kidneys.
The arterial supply of the kidneys is variable and there may be one or more renal arteries supplying each kidney. It is located above the renal vein.
It has a radius of approximately 0.25cm,^[1] 0.26 cm at the root.^[2] The measured mean diameter can differ depending on the imaging method used. For example, the diameter was found to be 5.04 ± 0.74 mm using ultrasound, but 5.68 ± 1.19 mm using angiography.[3]

What Is Echocardiography?

Echocardiography is a type of medical imaging which is used to visualize the heart for the purpose of evaluating heart conditions or diagnosing suspected heart problems. It is also known as cardiac ultrasound, and may be referred to as a “cardiac echo” or “echo” for short. Depending on the type of echocardiography being performed, this type of ultrasound imaging can be very invasive or minimally invasive, and it is typically performed as an outpatient procedure in a hospital or clinic.

I'm Going To Abex!

I'd just accept an offer from Abex as an application specialist in cardiac. Soon i'll be leaving my lovely friends in PPUKM. I'm going to miss all the sweet memories with them. They are all nice to me all these years. The professors, specialists, specialist-to-be's , the houseman, officers, sonographers, staff nurses, clinic assistants, ppukm nannies, guards and each and everyone I know. It's hard to believe that I am going to leave this centre as I truly love working as a sonographer here. But, there is something that makes me have to go on. If it means I have to go somewhere else, I have to do so. For me, for my husband, for my son and for my family. To change my destiny for the best of all.

2. i/c photo CHECKED
3. nice and proper attire CHECKED
4. certficates CHECKED
5. self confidence NOT YET...hehehe...
