How many head can you see? There 2 heads meaning that this is the twin pregnancy. The thick separating membrane shows that this is the dichorionic diamniotic twin or easy-to-understand-words, they are non identical twins. Despite that I'm in charge ultrasound for the multiple clinic, I'm still and always excited about twins and wish I can have a pair of non identical twin myself! Haha!
