I have been trying to look for job vacancy in Malaysia for almost 3 months and I'm pretty sure, this is not a good sign for those fresh graduate sonographers to look for a job in Malaysia. But, I came across this website and there are a few vacancies which you can try in Singapore!

hi, does anyone has idea about sonogaphy course run by vision college? is it recognised in singapore?
im not so sure since im not one of the graduates but, there are a few of their sonographers found their job there. And also in Australia and London.
Hi, i m a radiographer. As i know, ultrasound can only be performed by doctors in Malaysia. Radiographers can do it as well nowadays is it?? What is the requirements for radiographer to perform ultrasound?? Thanks.
radiographers can only perform the ultrasound after been trained for a period of time by radiologist from the same hospital but we do have a college which offer sonography course for 1 year period which cost you about rm47k (this is what i heard before). Saya dapat email puan dari fb. saya ingin bertanya sedikit mengenai jawatan sonographer kerana saya bakal hadiri temuduga untuk jawatan tersebut di Petaling Jaya pada 1.2.13. Jadi soalan-soalannya: 1. Boleh tak puan huraikan mengenai jawatan sonographer dengan lebih detail? 2. Apakah peluang bagi seorang sonographer sangat cerah jika ingin memohon company lain atau bekerja dengan sektor kerajaan in case kalau dah bekeluarga nanti mesti nak dekat dengan keluarga sendiri? 3. Apakah sifat yang perlu ada pada seorang sonographer yang berjaya? 4. Apakah soalan yang biasa ditanya semasa temuduga untuk permohonan jawatan ini dan lastly, berapakah gaji yang perlu diminta yang puan cadangkan jika penemuduga tersebut bertanyakan tentang gaji yang saya mahukan? Pertimbangan dan maklumbalas dai puan sangatlah saya hargai, saya dahulukan dengan ribuan terima kasih.

Vision College offers Diploma in Medical Ultrasound.(ASIA). It is a one year course and it is recognized by ASUM (ultrasound board in Australia )
